Merc has a heritage that began on Carnaby St in 1967 and has been dressing "Faces" and those in the know for almost half a century.

Looking sharp and dressing handsome is not easy so to reward our loyal customers we have launched the "Merc Movement", where you earn points on every purchase.

The Merc Movement helps you save as you spend and build up some credit as you earn it wearing clothes steeped in the Heritage of the British Subcultures since 1967.

  • Spend £150 points and get a £5 reward
  • Spend £250 points and get a £15 reward
  • Spend £350 points and get a £20 reward
  • Spend £500 points and get a £30 reward

This is how you earn rewards:

  • You earn points every time you spend
  • 30 points = 1 pound / 150 points = 5 gbp
  • 150 Points (5 GBP) is the minimum that can be used on an order
  • Points become active in 30 days
  • You cannot redeem your points on sale, discount or outlet items
  • Points can be redeemed in sets of 150

Terms and Conditions - how it works

  1. Merc Clothing Ltd is a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number 04143968 and whose registered address is at” or “us” shall mean MCL, and references to “you” shall mean you, the member of the Programme.
  2. We have referred to these terms and conditions as the “Terms” throughout this document.
  3. These Terms govern: your membership of the and how Merc Clothing Loyalty points are collected and used. If you apply for the Merc Loyalty scheme online through our Website, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms by “clicking to accept” the Terms online.. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw membership where we reasonably believe, at our sole discretion, that the Loyalty Card has been misused.
  4. Merc reserves the right to exclude certain purchases are excluded from earning Points and from redeeming points.
  5. We reserve the right to either increase or decrease the number of Points accrued on qualifying purchases, or to change how Points are accrued, from time to time and at our sole discretion, and we will notify you of any changes we make by updating these Terms on this Website.
  6. If we refund you for purchases that attracted Points, we reserve the right to deduct these Points from your Points balance at any time.
  7. You will not accrue Points on purchases that are fully paid for by redeeming a pointss. If you part-pay for a purchase by redeeming a points, you will only accrue Points on the balance of the purchase above the value of the points.

  9. Points are not redeemable alongside other promotions- including free shipping offers, or sale items.
  10. Your Points balance will revert to zero after use.
  11. Legal title to all points belongs to Merc and points can only be redeemed at Points can only be redeemed by the person named on it.. points must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on them. Points are subject to these Terms together with any additional terms printed on the Points.
  12. We reserve the right to refuse to authorise the issue of points and/or the redemption of points that have been issued, if we consider, at our sole discretion, that you are using the Programme fraudulently.
  13. Subject to clause 23, Merc shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, in respect of any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses or damages were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
    - losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
    - losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Merc;
    - loss of business profits, salary, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
    - loss which could have been avoided by you through reasonable conduct; or
    - obvious errors and omissions in administering the Programme.
  14. Subject to clause 21 , Merc’s total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Programme, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed an amount equal to the value of any points awarded to you during the previous Award Period.
  15. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit in any way Merc’s liability for:
    - death or personal injury caused by Liberty’s negligence;
    - fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    - any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
    - defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;or
    - any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.
  16. You are solely responsible for any personal tax liability that may arise and for any other fees charged by governmental or non-governmental agencies as a result of your participation in the Programme.
  17. If Loyalty scheme is cancelled for any reason, your Points will also be cancelled , and any other financial or other benefit, will be issued in respect of them.
  18. You cannot transfer Points to another person, including any Programme member,
  19. Merc is the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998. By “clicking to accept” these Terms on our Website you consent that we may process personal data that we collect from you in accordance with these Terms and the Data Protection Act 1998.
  20. Merc may use information that you supply to us on enrolment to the Programme (such as your name and address), together with any information relating to your transactions and purchases made from and participation in the Programme for the purposes of:
    - administering the Programme;
    - statistical analysis;
    - sending you news of our special events, offers, promotions and magazines either by post, email, SMS or through any social network; and
    - market research
    We will not pass your personal details to Third Party.
    You can, at any time after you have consented to receive information set out in clause 29, opt-out of receiving any and all such information by contacting: Customer Services on 0208 838 2444 or mailing [email protected].
    All communication that you receive from Merc will have details of how to opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving such information in the future.
    Merc will not share your details with any other third parties without your explicit prior written consent. Your personal data will be held in the UK.
  21. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Programme at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion. We shall notify you of any changes to the Programme and/or the Terms on our Website.
  22. These Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
